In this context, AI is not a future promise but a practical tool that can strengthen everyday operations and decision-making. The question is no longer whether AI will have an impact, but how organizations choose to apply it, and to what end.
In the Brabant region, collaboration is part of everyday practice. Ideas are developed in close cooperation and quickly tested. That same hands-on approach is put into practice on Friday, April 10th, when the Conference Center at High Tech Campus Eindhoven hosts a one-day AI hackathon focused on building, not talking.
The hackathon centers on challenges where progress matters and time is a factor. Participants work on real problems in domains where AI can make a tangible difference: Defense, Decentralized Energy Systems, Medtech and Life Sciences, Plant-based Food, and Deep Tech.
Teams work hands-on, supported by data, tools and expert guidance. Throughout the day, ideas are developed and tested. In the evening, selected teams present their solutions, after which a professional jury chooses the winners. The strongest ideas receive support to move toward implementation.
You can join with people you already work with or connect with others during the event. International participants are welcome to take part and experience the Brainport ecosystem up close. This is a place to build momentum and apply AI to real-world challenges. If that resonates with you, we look forward to welcoming you to Eindhoven on Friday, April 10th.
